They have great customer service, kind and helpful. Quinn is exceptional. The equipment needs some work for the kitchenette however the bed is clean and comfortable, the water is hot, not white glove clean, but clean. I am comfortable and safe. Good deals on the room and my commuter hotel.

If you have OCD do not stay here. Wasn't clean at all. The girl at the front desk was very nice though so it made it a little better

Both times I have stayed in the past couple of weeks, I have been checked in by Quinn, She is wonderful, friendly, kind, patient, and just all around happy. I have stayed in 5 star and 1 star hotels, and I have not met anyone who works customer service as well as she does. Congratulations on the find - do what you need to to keep her onboard - she is the reason I returned. Located near stores and restaurants Room was ok, wish it would have been a bit more clean, had 2 spiders on our bad as I laid there and webs and spider on window seal . maybe a big deal cause I'm paranoid of spiders . besides all that our service wasn't bad , for a last minute rental it was fine .
