Dirty Very unkempt, unclean, not hygenic or healthy. When I alerted the desk staff, the answer was" we are working with a new cleaning staff to remedy the problem.

Excellent Stay My overall experience was very positive. The only problem I encountered was getting there. It was dark and rainy and the sign on Bond Street was not lit. I "stumbled" on the hotel.

Decent stay for the price Check in wasn't great, the hotel didn't receive my reservation from hotels.com even though I booked in advance. The room was a good size and the beds were decently comfortable. The bathroom didn't seem to be very clean at all. Overall it was a decent stay.

Had a nice stay...Room was comfortable... My stay at extended stay, naperville was good. The room was comfortable. The initial room I was allocated did not have the stove working. The hotel staff was kind enough to assign me a nearby room.
