Hotel is run down and is depressing to spend time at

Worst stay in 30+ years of traveling Room was filthy( ash tray dumped in the chair, curtains hanging by one hook, AC not working trash on the floor and pet hair covering everything) and when I politely brought it to there attention their reply was... "it happens." No other room available and was told thst they don't service a room once it's rented. No towel service. Nothing. Never again at any extended nightmare. Did I mention the lady out front getting drunk?

Very basic hotel. Dose not even provide cups Old, only supplies bath towels, no cups, nothing else. Not recommended.

Horrible place to stay It took 45 minutes to check in, not sure if it's the hotel's fault or expedia. I made it to the hotel and they didn't have my reservation, they had me call Expedia and they said the sent the information. The had to fax the reservation to the hotel, but the hotel's fax machine wasn't working. The hotel finally had an email sent to them before I could check in. Once we got in the room, the room smelled of smoke, carpet stain and the beds were slanted and very uncomfortable. Do not stay at this hotel!!!! ... read more

Horrible! Not because of the hotel but the noise! Horrible stay. Got a room by the exit door and alllll night long it was being open and closed. Also what's going with housekeeping vacuuming at 11pm!!!! Overall won't be staying there. Extended Stay America is a great chain of hotels but this one at Naperville, IL is no bueno.

1st room was very dirty, not cleaned very well at all, switched rooms, 2nd room was better, but still could have been cleaner.

AVOID THIS ONE! Everything in the room was dirty - literally every surface had either dust or dirt.
