Rundown hotel The cleanliness was horrible. There was hair in my shower and on my sheets. Not worth it even if the price is 50 bucks.

Terrible Dirty linen, air not cool, smoke detector was going off. Hall smelled of weed.

Don't book it unless you have to I booked it on hotels.com and on arrival they told me that it was a smoking room. I'm a non smoker and they would NOT change the room for me unless I paid more for a non smoking room. The room smelled and I sprayed and sprayed my cologne in order for me to stay in that room. I breathed that smoke all night long. Their "Continental Breakfast" is a joke. It consists of coffee with powdered cream, very small bite sized muffins and an instant cereal that you reconstitute with hot water..and some... read more

Worst hotel in ever stayed at The room was so bad what I am going to say may actually seem made up but it's 100% true. The room I got was supposed to be non smoking. While there were no ash trays the room smelled like someone smoked in it for years. When I arrived at the room the toilet hadn't been cleaned as there was pee under the seat on the toilet top ledge. Very bad hotel for a good town The place smelled so bad, service was bad at check-in. The employee was just wearing a white sleeveless shirt. The bed was hard, and the pillows and sheets smelled.

Not for the business traveler I chose this hotel because there were no other available rooms because of a he convention in Chicago. I would never stay at this place again. It seemed like the front desk people did not know what they were doing. There was not even a coffee maker or hair dryer in my room...you had to get it from the front desk. I went to the front desk and they were out of hair dryers. The coffee maker looked like it was cleaned 5 years ago. The bed was not comfortable and the carpet had all kinds of stains. Room was not ready when I arrived at 3:30.No washcloths in room.I had to ask twice to get one,No dishes,utensils,glasses,cups or silverware in the kitchen.Carpet worn and dirty.Don't stay at this place.
