Lots of bugs in our room!

Not happy This hotel wreaks of pot, my hallway, room, and bathroom. The building doesn't have any ventilation except a free flow vent in the bathroom. They have bugs of some sort I have bites and spider bites all over me. I stopped sleeping in the bed and only sleep in the leather chair now. Also I needed to stay another week and the hotel didn't honor the hotel price this website gave me. The hotel said there was nothing they can do about their asking price and they couldn't change it. They charged me about 60 dollars more ... read more

Not like other Extended Stays The room had no plates, silverware, cups, pots, ice trays, etc. The only thing available was one plastic disposable cup. The refrigerator was rusted in several places. I checked in at approximately 730pm, there was a used bath towel on the floor next to the elevator. When I checked out at 10 am the following morning it was still on the floor. I will never come back to this Extended Stay.

Room was just okay the elevator was out of order the roof was leaking into the hallway and halfway through the day the water turned off for about 2 hours

Budget friendly hotel This hotel looks beautiful on the outside and definitely is, however I was highly looking forward to the complimentary breakfast in the morning and all they had was 3 empty things of coffee no breakfast other than a few nature valley granola bars. I asked the front desk about it and she rudely explained that’s all they had. My AC unit did not work and it was hot throughout the night. I am disappointed with the stay as I was hoping to have a very comfortable night and morning.

Stay Away! The only part of this stay that was good were the staff. Very friendly and helpful. But this is where the stay went south. I made a reservation for a non smoking room and the sign on the door said non smoking. So we get into the room and we are almost over powered with the smell of cigarettes. The bed had a cigarette burn in it and there was an ashtray in the room. The bathroom had dirt on the floor. There was paint chipping off the wall by the door. HORRIBLE This hotel made me feel like I was disgusting. It was dirty and the beds looked horrible. The service was trash. Couldn’t help me with the WiFi.
