It's ESA -- no frills whatsoever as expected My flight was supposed to arrive at O'Hare right at 9:00 PM, but due to weather related incidents in Chicagoland, we didn't land until 11:30 PM. While we were stuck waiting for refuel in Detroit, I called the hotel since I noticed in the hotel policy information that the front desk closes at 10:00 PM. The people at the front desk are not there all the time, they close for several hour especially at night and morning early
