Property and rooms are clean. Though room has a kitchen, there are no supplies to cook and eat with. We didn't plan on using but if you are bring your own cook ware and dishes. The desk closes at 10pm until 10am. My key card stopped working after I walked to get food at midnight. Made several attempts in the after hours phone but no one answered. Finally called Extended Stay 800 number and got help. Inconvenient. All that being said, price was good and free parking near O'Hare is unheard of.
Everything was fine except a small roach flew across my face in the bathroom lmfao😭
I like the rooms
Room smelled horrible. Uncomfortable bed and pillow.
