Did not enjoy one week stay Did not enjoy one week stay with my family. Breakfast was horrible. After 1st day we never went for breakfast. You should consider "Breakfast Not Included" if you book this hotel. Rooms were not cleaned during whole of our stay. Local calls are chargeable in most cases & the free no list is also most confusing. I made just 4 local calls ended up paying $70. Hair in every towel Every body towel in the bathroom had at least 1 piece of hair stuck to it. And 5/6 additional towels that I asked for had hair on them too. Absolutely disgusting. The one staff member at night was very nice, but nothing could make up for the unsanitary toiletries.

Cleaning is an issue. Extended Stay only offers cleaning of your room if you stay 8 days or more. Not ideal.

Did the job Luckily we were just staying here for a short overnight before an early morning flight out of O'Hare, because I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer. Great that the room had a fridge, but there was a lot to be desired about the room's cleanliness. When we walked in, the window was wide open and it was freezing inside (probably an attempt to air out the weird smell in the room--didn't work), and it was obvious that no one had wiped down any of the surfaces in the room (sticky globs of stuff smeared on the night... read more

A disappointing experience...not what I expected. I asked for a non-smoking room and was given a room that had an ashtry and was smoked in. You can't get that smell out no matter how much you clean it. The actual room was outdated and smelled bad like someone had urinated all over the carpet. Not what I expected.

Like staying in a cheap motel I booked this for a non-smoking room. When I arrived the desk clerk said for reservations made via Orb that the non-smoking listing was only a "suggestion" to them, so I got a stinky smoking room as they said they were "sold out" A piile of incoming folks were on the counter, so I guess someone else was given my non-smoking room. Hotel Shuttle Beyond Poor Will not stay there again..................Shuttle only 2 miles away DOES not run on demand. I had to wait 50 minutes!! After travelling all day. It's on their time...........Not customer service!! I have never experienced this policy ever in my business travel.
