Bad experience The accommodations were terrible, I had to ask for dishes, cups and silver ware. The staff was ok. The facility was not nice, breakfast was terrible. Granola bars, muffins, and fruit.

Horrible customer service/ Dirty rooms I'll start off by saying that the shuttles from the airport to the hotel was a nice touch. Everything else was just terrible. Once we got to the hotel, the lady at the front desk didn't bother asking what we needed, she simply pointed to the board saying that check-in is at 3 and dismissed my family to the lobby waiting area. If she had taken the time to check our reservation, she could have told us that we were at the wrong hotel, and the sister hotel was around the corner. When we go... read more

bad customer service Very disappointed in service. they boasted about a shuttle the shuttle was never on time I was late for my appointment by an hour I would appreciate some kind of compensation. Front desk was unhelpful

Disappointed Room was very smoky! Requested a non smoking room. You could smell smoke as you exit elevator.

Smoke filled room Smoke filled room...they would not allow me to move on smoking… I spent four hours going to sleep a little Fiat car in the parking lot and eventually went to sleep in the room.

Bad Experience - A few things. First, when I made the reservation I called the hotel about their airport shuttle and let them know that my flight wasn't arriving until 2am. The agent told me that even thought their shuttle wouldn't be running at that hour there was a cab company for which they would provide a voucher. This turned out not to be true. We had to cover the $20 cab ride ourselves. When we arrived to check in, we got our room key and entered our assigned room which was ALREADY OCCUPIED! Pretty messed up. When the ... read more

Just a place to stay to get out of the weather The room and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke,. Even though non-smoking was requested. The beds are uncomfortable. The claim to have a shuttle service. It requires you to call and make an appointment but even at that if your sitting in the lobby 10 minutes prior to the appointment. You still will not be picked up and have to rely on a taxi, so don't believe it.

Dirty room We check in, its not the first time that happen to us., but the room was dirty, its so upsating After a long day . all you want its to relax not to walk and bed was used ,towells on floor..
