Horrible smell all around hotel It was most disgusting smelly hotel I have ever been to. I was happy to be out of the hotel after one night stay.

Bugs!!! First they did not have the room we had reserved, then when we got in and turned on the light several bugs scattered. The room did not appear to be that dirty, but also saw the bugs in the bathroom in the middle of the night. It's location was close to the allstate arena but there was not much else to walk to. Also did not see an ice machine or any vending machines.

Poor cutomer service Hotel provided hourly shuttle service from the airport. After waiting about half an hour passed the scheduled pickup and multiple phone calls to the hotel for the shuttle, we watched it drive up to the pick up to the another door about fifty feet away stop in the roadway for a few seconds then leave. After that we had to wait another hour for it to come back. At the hotel there was a half drank jug of milk in the refrigerator. Hotel Stay We booked for 2 beds for each room, but the Hotel management provided one bed room with 2 beds and another room with 1 bed, it causes very inconvenience for us and the hotel staff response is very discourteous. Also they said breakfast is available, but they just provided coffee and some grab and go stuff with very limited quantity, and for refilling they are taking a very long time. In feature I never recommend this Hotel to my friends.

Not enough info to get from it from Chicago you have to take a toll road. should have known up front; toll road has no attendant, you don't find out until too late. There is a north and south hotel. Supposed to be given that info at confirmation. Didn't get it Really do not want to going from one to the other at midnight check in, dead tired

Disgusting The Hotel was very dirty, you could not see out the windows--the smell was intolerable and there was BED BUGS!!!!!! (I took pictures!) we checked out before the end of our scheduled stay. Would never recommend this hotel or an Extended Stay to anyone.

horrible stay horrible stay ..no guest care ...shuttle per hour need to do advance booking ..breakfast for nameshake ( not sitting place) , staff is not friendly at all.

Avoid The entire floor had a damp odor, the beds were lumpy, the breakfast is a joke. The staff is unwilling to help for printouts. They claim a biz center, but you have to email them what you want printed - serious privacy issues.
