Our bathroom faucet was not working at all so thankful we had kitchen sink for needs. We were able to check in way before check in time and that was great as we flew the red eye from Vegas and needed the sleep.
no good service!! on rooms 2 nights and no body do the usual service on my room, !!!
safety, protection & cleanliness They leave the laundry girl who cannot speak much English to run and secure the hotel at night. If you need toilet paper or extra towels you have to go down to the front desk. They only clean the rooms if you stay longer than 7 days so you can imagine how unclean the rooms are. This hotel was full of riff raff. We checked out as soon as we could in the morning.
Smelly room Horrible, the smell was awful, I could taste the smell in my mouth!
Did not enjoy one week stay Did not enjoy one week stay with my family. Breakfast was horrible. After 1st day we never went for breakfast. You should consider "Breakfast Not Included" if you book this hotel. Rooms were not cleaned during whole of our stay. Local calls are chargeable in most cases & the free no list is also most confusing. I made just 4 local calls ended up paying $70. Hair in every towel Every body towel in the bathroom had at least 1 piece of hair stuck to it. And 5/6 additional towels that I asked for had hair on them too. Absolutely disgusting. The one staff member at night was very nice, but nothing could make up for the unsanitary toiletries.
Cleaning is an issue. Extended Stay only offers cleaning of your room if you stay 8 days or more. Not ideal.
