Very Basic Hotel, Lacks commonly expected services I booked this hotel because it was close to a job interview I was attending. This hotel lacks some of the basic amenities one might expect in a hotel. For example during my stay, no place in the hotel had shampoo or conditioner. The hotel shuttle system has also highly confusing as it was arranged by the other property. While the shuttle itself was acceptable, but scheduling was not. Extended Stay North a Disaster! Receptionist was as rude as could be...she was busy checking in numerous guests because of so many cancelled flights at O'Hare but that is no excuse to be as rude as this lady was. Also, no information was provided to me about anything whatsoever and all transportation services are left to outside providers - there appears to be no affiliation and no coordination between the hotel and the shuttle service. Poor Service, Dirty Hotel Great location close to airport & AllState Arena but I would recommend you stay somewhere else. We booked a Non-Smoking Room & were given a smoking room that reeked. The room was filthy. Old decor & not well maintained. We asked for a room switch to a non-smoking room but were told there weren't any available...which I found hard to believe on a Sunday night with only 10 cars in the parking lot. Our bathroom faucet was not working at all so thankful we had kitchen sink for needs. We were able to check in way before check in time and that was great as we flew the red eye from Vegas and needed the sleep.

safety, protection & cleanliness They leave the laundry girl who cannot speak much English to run and secure the hotel at night. If you need toilet paper or extra towels you have to go down to the front desk. They only clean the rooms if you stay longer than 7 days so you can imagine how unclean the rooms are. This hotel was full of riff raff. We checked out as soon as we could in the morning.
