Did the job Luckily we were just staying here for a short overnight before an early morning flight out of O'Hare, because I wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer. Great that the room had a fridge, but there was a lot to be desired about the room's cleanliness. A disappointing experience...not what I expected. I asked for a non-smoking room and was given a room that had an ashtry and was smoked in. You can't get that smell out no matter how much you clean it. The actual room was outdated and smelled bad like someone had urinated all over the carpet. Not what I expected.

Like staying in a cheap motel I booked this for a non-smoking room. When I arrived the desk clerk said for reservations made via Orb that the non-smoking listing was only a "suggestion" to them, so I got a stinky smoking room as they said they were "sold out" A piile of incoming folks were on the counter, so I guess someone else was given my non-smoking room. Hotel Shuttle Beyond Poor Will not stay there again..................Shuttle only 2 miles away DOES not run on demand. I had to wait 50 minutes!! After travelling all day. It's on their time...........Not customer service!! I have never experienced this policy ever in my business travel.
