horrible stay horrible stay ..no guest care ...shuttle per hour need to do advance booking ..breakfast for nameshake ( not sitting place) , staff is not friendly at all.

Avoid The entire floor had a damp odor, the beds were lumpy, the breakfast is a joke. The staff is unwilling to help for printouts. They claim a biz center, but you have to email them what you want printed - serious privacy issues.

Not what they claim They claim: Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. NOT true! There was no coffee maker, no cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery. Free Breakfast was packaged muffins, energy bars, oatmeal that you had to cook in your room (without utensils and dishes), over ripened fruit. I booked this room for a business associate and was quite embarrassed and extremely disappointed when he told me about this hotel. I will never book or recommend... read more

wary I asked for a non smoking room which was not available when I arrived. I suffered from itching eyes and was not able to sleep well. I was given a no smoking room for the second night. In the future I will only stay at hotels that are ALL NO SMOKING. I had to ask for kitchen supplies. AT other hotels with suites the kitchens are very well stocked.

Changed my view of Extended Stay hotels I reserved a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room because a non-smoking room was a "special request" which they did not have to honor. I was told the hotel was completely booked. It was "funny" I was able to go on their website to book a room for the same dates. Besides the nauseating smell, the room had not been cleaned and properly prepared. Very Basic Hotel, Lacks commonly expected services I booked this hotel because it was close to a job interview I was attending. This hotel lacks some of the basic amenities one might expect in a hotel. For example during my stay, no place in the hotel had shampoo or conditioner. The hotel shuttle system has also highly confusing as it was arranged by the other property. While the shuttle itself was acceptable, but scheduling was not. Extended Stay North a Disaster! Receptionist was as rude as could be...she was busy checking in numerous guests because of so many cancelled flights at O'Hare but that is no excuse to be as rude as this lady was. Also, no information was provided to me about anything whatsoever and all transportation services are left to outside providers - there appears to be no affiliation and no coordination between the hotel and the shuttle service. Poor Service, Dirty Hotel Great location close to airport & AllState Arena but I would recommend you stay somewhere else. We booked a Non-Smoking Room & were given a smoking room that reeked. The room was filthy. Old decor & not well maintained. We asked for a room switch to a non-smoking room but were told there weren't any available...which I found hard to believe on a Sunday night with only 10 cars in the parking lot.
