Close to the airport I didn't realize that this hotel doesn't do daily cleanups in the rooms. Only if you are staying 7 days or more. Also if you call the front desk and ask for towels, toilet paper etc they rudely tell you to go pick it up at the front desk. The bed is super uncomfortable and the "Queen" sized bed actually looks like a full. Bed covers are super thin and we had to ask for another one to stay warm. Avoid if possible Everything was dirty - old and used. What more can I say - stay away if possible.

Nothing Special A bit expensive for such a plain room with a hard bed.
2 thumbs downs Rooms were not what I expected. Beds were small and squeaked with any small movement. Toilet clogged just by flushing nothing. There was no maitainance on staff at night so we were given a plunger. Overall not a good stay.
Dirty room Over all the hotel room was dirty. Will never stay there again.

Stagnant Smoke Smell in "Non-Smoking" Room Would not go back. We booked this hotel because it was affordable and within walking distance to Allstate Arena. Our non-smoking room smelled of awful smoke upon entering AND there was cigarette smoke smell coming through vent in bathroom. Disgusting! There wasn't even ONE cup in the room (glass or plastic). Horrible smell all around hotel It was most disgusting smelly hotel I have ever been to. I was happy to be out of the hotel after one night stay.
Bugs!!! First they did not have the room we had reserved, then when we got in and turned on the light several bugs scattered. The room did not appear to be that dirty, but also saw the bugs in the bathroom in the middle of the night. It's location was close to the allstate arena but there was not much else to walk to. Also did not see an ice machine or any vending machines.
Poor cutomer service Hotel provided hourly shuttle service from the airport. After waiting about half an hour passed the scheduled pickup and multiple phone calls to the hotel for the shuttle, we watched it drive up to the pick up to the another door about fifty feet away stop in the roadway for a few seconds then leave.
