I like the fact that the room had a kitchen and was quite spacious. It was closed to many stores like Target and walking distance to AllState Arena. I did not like the fact that the areas nearby weren't kept properly clean. There was a lot of icy sidewalks nearby making walking around the area dangerous. The staff weren't overly helpful and mostly rude. The breakfast options was a let down as well. Rude service The front desk employees I encountered were rude especially the girl in the morning of 02-22-19. Iron was burned I couldn’t ironed my clothes, and staff not friendly at all.

Room was in need of minor maintenance. Shower head sprayed water on wall, shower curtain too short to contain water, and finish rubbed off the tub and sink. Refrigerator was very loud and elevator smelled like smoke.
