I reserved a queen size and we got a double our key at first was not working

Small studio was great! Have full refrigerator, stove and microwave. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Very close to the airport and restaurants.

I called to request a room on a higher floor, but was told that there was nothing left. Once we checked in Byron the manager told us that he was able to get us on the 2nd floor non-smoking area! Byron displayed excellent service and was very attentive to our needs. And in addition, because we got back from our concert late, Byron allowed us to have a slightly late check out at no extra charge. I would stay at an Extended Stay America again! (5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️).
