Place is good - check in is not The check in process is very difficult. The buildings are not clearly marked for check in purposes. If you need anything - there is no desk person from 10 at night till 10 in the morning on Sundays.

Price was right, but staffing at checkin was spotty. Also, several nights there were people yelling outside after midnight. Was about to call the police.

It's ESA -- no frills whatsoever as expected My flight was supposed to arrive at O'Hare right at 9:00 PM, but due to weather related incidents in Chicagoland, we didn't land until 11:30 PM. While we were stuck waiting for refuel in Detroit, I called the hotel since I noticed in the hotel policy information that the front desk closes at 10:00 PM.
