Place to lay your head but don’t expect much
The manager was a bit rude in the beginning. But the room was very clean, very clean bathrooms. Only detractor was there are no ice machines here.
Billy assistant manager was excellent and the rest of the staff were very helpful and nice. It’s refreshing to find great customer service. The room was really quiet. But if you want to drink coffee and cook bring your coffee pot and anything you might need. The website says that they have a grab and go and it does not. Also bring your own towels or pay for more. For the price point, it met all my needs. My door was a little busted with the lock but it still locked.
Easily accessible and close to O'Hare, yet a super quiet hotel. Plenty of dining options in the area, and shopping as well. Comfortable beds made for a sound night's rest, and now it is off to Paris! A definitely easy and cozy stay for a stopover.
