Extremely dirty. Bathroom was a mess, dust was everywhere. Horrible stay. Dirty floor, there was a horrible odor on the third floor of weed and fried food. The bathroom tub was dirty, with white and black stains. Would not go again.
Never again!! This place is outdated and gives off apartment living vibes especially with the foot traffic. Carpet and floors were sticky, toilet and shower curtain smell of urine, the room smell overall. Don’t waste your money on this place!! go elsewhere!!
The room was horrible. Broken furniture, broken kitchen equipment, smelly room.
Is old smells the price is not for the kind of rooms. It was clean but very old I felt terrible. I would never go to one of this hotels. I feel I was in an old apartment in a bad neighborhood 😭
We stayed for one night for a concert at Allstate Arena. I came to check in at 3 and ended up waiting 30-45 minutes while there was only one front desk staff person to help all the long term residents AND check people in for the weekend. Checking in required that staff person to walk to and manually check over each room before finishing your check in which was incredibly time consuming as well. Not recommended It was one of those flight cancellation late night find a room, and this was one of the few that was left. It was rundown and old, but what I didn’t appreciate was the smell of cigarettes when I walked in the room and then the obvious cigarette burns on the countertop in the bathroom and overall it just gave you a feeling like you didn’t wanna touch a single surface let alone sleep in the bed.

The hotel was run down and dirty. The staff was not friendly at all. I sat waiting for the elevator while the house keeping and front desk fought over pillowcases.

I waited for 20 minutes a d no one came in. After 20 mins a lady came and did not say sorry and looked aplogetic. Never i have waited to check in.
