Pros: the staff was nice, walking distance to Allstate Arena and great shopping and restaurants, price was decent compared to other hotels in the area. Cons: dirty! I actually had to clean urine off the toilet seat before we could use it. There was a suspicious dried puddle in front of toilet as well and bowl had clearly not been cleaned. Bathroom counter disgusting. White cabinets in kitchen area and all doors very dirty. No dishes at all in kitchen area. Only one bar of soap in bathroom - none in kitchen area. This property should not be listed. I used to stay here for business trips for the simplicity, safety, and convenience. The room was filthy, mold on the curtains as well as in the bathroom, the AC makes a horrible noise when it kicks on, sounds like a tornado siren. half a roll of toilet paper, the front desk is always closed so good luck asking for more, and if you need additional towels, there will be a charge for this.

Pésimo servicio no hay toallas suficientes y si quieres más tienen un cargo extra. Es el primer Hotel sin shampoo y acondicionador solo te dan una barrita de jabón ya sea para lavar manos o el cuerpo pero es solo una el wifi no trabajo solo estaba propaganda en la pantalla yo no lo recomiendo ya no dan café en las mañanas mucho menos desayuno todo te cobrarían extra horrible horrible no lo recomiendo.

The manager Omer gave my room number to my crazy ex who had a gps on my car I had informed the overnight shift not to give my room number to anyone or tell them if they asked well lo and behold my room number was given out and my safety was put at risk and the only thing he said was sorry he was moving so fast

The room was aweful! It smelled like someone pee'd all over the room and staff knew about it!

The front desk staff was very nice. The building very old, run down. Wanted kitchenette to save money-no dishes, flatware, pots, pans, mugs glasses, nothing! No shampoo or soap. 2 towels and 2 washcloths to last us 4 days. :( Very disappointing.. would not recommend....

room we originally booked was filthy and covered in some dried substance that looked like phlegm or spit on the carpets, kitchen floor, mirror, table and chair. We complained and the staff was apologetic and accommodating, and moved us into an upgraded room in a different suite. There were some stains etc that they warned us about but it was fine for the two night stay we were there for. But that said, general House keeping could use some work. The front desk staff made it right and they’re worth the stay.
