Disappointed We frequent this hotel and while the price is great, sometimes we have issues. This time we had an upgraded room which was a suite. We walked in and the room appeared fine and clean, but...no toilet paper in the bathroom, no face cloths to wash your face..only one spoon..not enough sugar for coffee and the refrigerator was not clean and no ice tray. To me, this is substandard an their is no excuse for having to go to the front office and retrieve supplies for your room.

disaster Toilet was clogged and we had to request a plunger to use after every flush. Cigarette burns on the bathroom sink. Two out of the three lamps did not work. Fire alarm went off when someone burnt their dinner and opened the door instead of the window. Dogs running up and down hallway. Very disappointed.

Disappointed Staff rude and not helpful at all. The guy who was there overnight refused to let me checkout at 630AM. So I had to wait until daylight clerk came in at 720AM. Cockroach seen on the bed within 5 minutes of arrival. I agree rent is low, but it comes with a guaranteed cheap service and quality of stay. I would not stay at this place again.

Absolute dump with crappy service I was stuck here because I could find no other place to stay and had to stay here. EVERYwhere else was booked; big tradeshow weekend. I needed some change for vending and the night person said I was SOL. I wouldn't recommend my dog for this place. Also, no soap or shampoo, really???

last minute The room was okay. The room I initially was assigned to had no tv or light bulbs or shades for the lamps. However, the attendant was more then willing to correct the problem. She upgraded the room and everything was okay after that. The rooms are decent and affordable. Thank you!
