Area was great. The service was horrible. smells Ask for help, she never came back. It stink, I had to go deodorize my room. I would not stay @ that location again.

Need more staff We booked a nonsmoking room, but the hallways and foyer reeked of smoke. There was hair all over the pillows and in the sheets. The front desk clerk was very apologetic and immediately changed the sheets for us. There is a nice breakfast restaurant within walking distance. The front desk clerk had to check people in, clean rooms, and take care of customer issues. They need more staff.

Pathetic stay I have never had such a pathetic and bad hotel stay, from staff to room cleanliness, everything was worse possible

it was ok----house keeping did not once come to our room, offer fresh towels, cleam up, etc. the shower curtain is to small. 1st night there we had to clean up alot of water from shower. the kitchen area you had to call down for anything you needed---nothing in cabinets or coffee maker. we probably will not stay here again

The tv wasn't connected. The heat didn't work in cold Chicago. I got bit by something like 15 times! It was like a bad boyfriend look nice but the things that mattered missing. I was there for a conference and had to go to conference w bites all over me

never again The front desk staff was not friendly and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed at other extended stays but this one is not one that I would ever patronize ever again

Horrible customer service, no ice machines, had to come downstairs to get towels, not friendly! Just horrible

Glad it was'nt an extended stay we stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and had to ask for housekeeping to bring towels and take out garbage. They state their policy is to only "refresh" your room one night for every 7 days you stay, any other is an additional charge. With a kitchen in the room and cooking for 4 people it did not take long before we had no place to put trash. When calling the front desk they acted like they were doing us a favor by taking our trash or even offering additional garbage bags. We had a NON-Smoking ... read more

Not up to par This hotel was not up to par. They had had a flooding incident previous to our arrival and were in the midst of cleaning up. Although the room was ok, the whole hotel was affected by the clean up effort. When we arrived back to our room on the second night, we had a message waiting on our phone. The message was the hotel asking if our housekeeping service was good. When we told the front desk that we had not received housekeeping service, we were told that it was only preformed once a week.
