The tv wasn't connected. The heat didn't work in cold Chicago. I got bit by something like 15 times! It was like a bad boyfriend look nice but the things that mattered missing. I was there for a conference and had to go to conference w bites all over me

never again The front desk staff was not friendly and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed at other extended stays but this one is not one that I would ever patronize ever again

Horrible customer service, no ice machines, had to come downstairs to get towels, not friendly! Just horrible

Glad it was'nt an extended stay we stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and had to ask for housekeeping to bring towels and take out garbage. They state their policy is to only "refresh" your room one night for every 7 days you stay, any other is an additional charge. With a kitchen in the room and cooking for 4 people it did not take long before we had no place to put trash. Not up to par This hotel was not up to par. They had had a flooding incident previous to our arrival and were in the midst of cleaning up. Although the room was ok, the whole hotel was affected by the clean up effort. When we arrived back to our room on the second night, we had a message waiting on our phone. The message was the hotel asking if our housekeeping service was good. When we told the front desk that we had not received housekeeping service, we were told that it was only preformed once a week. Meh The woman working the front desk wasn't the friendliest person to deal with - she seemed really put out that I asked for an early check-in. The room wasn't very clean (soap scum on the counter, hair in the shower). It was very noisy - could hear the people in the room above me stomping around and people hollering in the hallway at 1 AM. Not exactly the most comfortable stay. I guess you get what you pay for.

Not a great place to stay. It was not as clean as I would have hoped. And in the late night hours, the staff was not available when I needed supplies.
