Requested a smoking room, and was not given one. When staff were asked about this, she seemed confused and not quite sure what to do. Told us we could ask the manager in the morning. When we came to the desk, there were three other people already waiting and stating they’ve been waiting for a long time, and unable to find anyone for help. We decided to just stick with the room we were already in. The rest of the weekend, it was difficult to find someone at the desk when needing something. We enjoyed our stay and will be back the next time we are in the area on family business. My only ca My only complaint is with the keel shaped bathtub . I recently had knee surgery and found it difficult to get into for a shower and difficult to maintain my balance after soaping.
