I would have like a real breakfast I didn’t expect granola bars and mini muffins with coffee to be the breakfast

I have booked here 75 times since May 2019 The stay was good and the staff is wonderful. But my truck got broken into November 25th 2019 and the thieves got a little over 3000.00 dollars worth of tools out of it. The parking lot is very well lite but I can’t believe there are no cameras in the lot or at least the two entrances. Had there been a Camera somewhere We possibly could’ve got a plate number a tenant seen the thieves in My truck and got a make and color of the van but no plate.

Disappointed I arrived for check-in and the two front desk assistants were arguing. The guy gives me the room keys with a post it note saying what room is mine. He didn't give me a receipt nor inform me of the wifi password. Upon walking down the hall and opening the door to the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. The refrigerator sounds like space invaders game. The water to the bathroom sink was warm and not hot. Used to be one of our favorite spots This used to be one of our favorite spots to get away for the night the service has gone to ship it they Rome's were not cleaned or properly Stocked Was told we would get the rest of us toiletries never came back I will never stay at this location again
