The people at this location makes it 5 stars. My room 207 towel holder was broken. The location is older and has some upgrades and nice extras for travelers like an iron with the board. I like the openness in the room. I the staff is excellent from check in to check out and the driver went beyond the call with helpful information and excellent service. Breakfast was not breakfast, just coffee and granola bars

Basic hotel There were no cushions on the couch when we walked in. I let the front desk know and they apologized, but we stayed for 2 night and never got any cushions. Also there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The trash cans in the hallways were all over flowing and trash sitting in bags around them from people dumping the trash from their rooms. We paid for a suite with a king size bed. When we checked in we received a regular room with a queen size bed. The front desk staff didn’t notify us of the change of room.
