Professional Customer Service Hotel entire staff were very friendly, Professional, and displayed excellent customer service. From the time we checked In / Out!! I highly recommend Extended Stay Oak brook , rooms were very clean .

The staff at ESA Westmont location is superb and all of the staff have excellent customer service skills. I especially want to point out that Melany, Anne and Kati have gone above and beyond all the time to help me out while I'm staying currently. The property and the rooms are very clean and we'll organized. However the rooms I have been in need some basic maintenance like tighten up the screws on the tables as well as the lamps and misc maintenance.
