The overall stay was good the only problem i had was the rude young lady that was check -in my family she act like if she was upset about no eye contact wasn't polite we were asking for dishware she didn't respond she kept walking by as if she didn't hear us .........but other then that i was able to rest.

Awesome Location! Away from busy part of Chicago The Area was very quiet and good. There was good wifi there, it was pretty clean.

Meh Cleanliness. Cleanliness. Cleanliness...... Cleanliness should be the highest priority of any hotel, whether you're paying $70/night or $300/night. And, unfortunately, the cleaning personnel dropped the ball on my stay, which totally undermined the fantastic service provided by the rest of the staff. My rating: meh.

Best Hotel I've stayed in This hotel is in a great location. The location felt safe & it was quiet. It was a bit away from the city center but still a short car trip. The hotel room was big & clean. The staff at the front was very approachable, kind, & helpful. I will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend.

They put us on the smoking floor, which was unfortunate as neither of us smoke, but we had to put up with the smell. And claiming that the hotel was fully booked, they would not extend our check out time even one hour, so my wife had to wait in the lobby until I could arrive from a meeting to pick her up.
