Convenient to Oakbrook Center, stores, highways, restaurants

The overall stay was good the only problem i had was the rude young lady that was check -in my family she act like if she was upset about no eye contact wasn't polite we were asking for dishware she didn't respond she kept walking by as if she didn't hear us .........but other then that i was able to rest.

The bath tub had mold and mildew along edge of tub and grout lines. The tub had been painted, and was peeling, or had peeled over most of the tub. The stopper on the sink was broken. They did fix it, but then the sink leaked. Since they didn't have any maintenance over the weekend, we had to use a towel to absorb water from the leak. One of the bedspreads had a huge tear. They said they would replace it, but never did. While they did credit us some for the leak, I doubt I will stay at this hotel again.

My room had a mildew smell. And as soon I take my shoes off my sock

Management routinely disappeared at night from behind the desk. Management didn't seem to have a handle on regulating the hot water. An incident with a false smoke alarm went on for what seemed like hours in the middle of the night. Again, management didn't seem to have a handle on that situation either.
