Nice Hotel For Business Travel. Great time. My flight arrived early, so I went on to the hotel earlier than planned as well. Check in was not until 3pm, however the hotel staff was able to get me in by 11:45am without an issue. Not one problem at all with check in and check out. I was in and out in less than a minute each time. I had a great time and stay, and will be using them again. Room fine staff not so fine Room was clean and comfortable if a bit worn. And I appreciate a kitchenette. Too bad I had to change room twice to get one not being worked on ( a/c in parts) or under (deafening construction just outside window). And I had to go to desk - twice - to get household package despite being told it then missing part would be brought to me.

Nice location, questionable service and cleaning. Checking in was tiresome as the desk clerk was on a long call (not her fault) with a guest who was less than reasonable. The manager looked at me and told me she would be right with me, then disappeared, not to be seen again until the next day. They also didn't have my reservation in the system despite me having a confirmation. I asked for an extra pillow, but they were out. Poor housekeeping Very disappointed at the lack of cleanliness at this hotel the first room had not been properly cleaned you can tell that there had been a rushed job cleaning it as there was cleaning residue still on the tables and on the door there also was a used condom and wrapper in the room we immediately call the front desk they change the room but the second room had items left by the previous guest there were no towels and the floor had not been cleaned as there were random bits of plastic and food particles on the... read more
