FRONT DESK SHUTS DOWN @10pm, NO ONE AVAIL TO HELP! My Key card did not work when I returned after 10pm. The front desk was shut down, no one available to assist me. I called a hotel number, the lady put me on hold for 10+ minutes, she never came back, I hung up. I called an again, the man said it would be 10+ min before someone would arrive to redo my key card. Don’t get me wrong the staff was very kind, but the state of the place was really gross. Lots of trash in hallways the room itself felt so unclean. Not to mention we were missing half our closet door and the other half was broken mirror. Don’t even want to mention the laundry room.
Chicago trip This hotel had no service people after 10 pm to check in. We had to wait for the night attendant. Then we got a room #154 that had mold and mildew on the wall in the bathroom above the shower. Smelled of mildew and mold. Not clean at all. There was no shelves in the fridge, none in the freezer, and a broken cabinet. We requested another room and they said they were overbooked and could not give us a room. The fridge didnt work at all. I told the front desk staff and they said they would have someone replace it and never did. The stove didnt work either. We only had one pillow for the entire room and my girlfriend and I were forced to share one pillow because the front desk said they had no more lol. Never again.

This spot is well deserving a 4.5/10 review. Decor needs an upgrade and there’s a stench of cigarette smokes. They didn’t even have clean towels upon request.
