There was water all on the 3rd floor from a leak. The room was poor quality. The whole inside needs a complete renovation. Especially considering the closeness to Oak Brook

room key wouldn't open any exterior doors after 10pm was stuck outside until a guest happened to be walking out then got to my room and the key wouldn't work.

Not worth it. Checked in at night around 1030. Lobby was not clearly marked. Phone to call someone you could barely hear anyone. Floors of the room were sticky under my feet. Bathroom and shower weren’t clean and poorly maintained. Will not be coming back here.

There is nothing good to say about this location. I was booked for two nights and left after my first night. The room was not clean. Hair on the table top, mold on the shower ceiling, no shower curtain to even take a shower, an old Monster can was in the cabinet, not a single pot, pan or silverware - considering it was an Extended Stay you would expect to have the basic essentials available since that is the whole point. Gross and dirty. Do not stay here.

Not the best place to stay. Not the best place to stay with family. The clientele is not the nicest nor will they keep the hallways or stairways clean free of liter. Management can’t keep their promise to hold a reservation for a specific room.
