NITEMARE I came in from work an I smelled a very strong horrible smell it literally busted my head an I got so sick to my stomach. It was so strong as I was walking to my room it got stronger then after I walked in my room I opened the window I looked around didn't see anything so I called the front desk an asked her to walk upstairs to check then she said omg yes it's very strong she figured out the smell was where they worked on a bathtub a couple doors down just about a hr before I got in . Could Not Check In!!! So my flight was delayed and I didn't get to hotel until almost 1am on the night I was checking in. When I walked in the Front Desk area is all locked up and there is no one there. It is a tiny little lobby area where yiu check in and then there's another door which leads to elevator and hotel rooms. So there's a corded phone in tnis tiny lobby, area that says dial 0 to get an operator if noone's at tbe front desk. Very Unsatisfactory Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up at the desk for check in during check in hours. Room was less than clean and there was no remote for the TV.
