Receptionist was very nice, professional and helpful. The main entrance, elevator and hallways had strong cigarette smell that was choking us. Someone had their door cracked opened and was playing very loud music and very loud on the phone. The keys to the door was not working. Receptionist had to come and try it severaly before it opened the door. The bed in the room was a small metal bed, smaller than a regular queen size bed with wrinkled sheets. Room at hotel nothing like the picture. Steel bed frame. Room unclean
The rooms were nothing like the photos on your website. No lamp in the room,no couch in the room. I feel that for the high cost of the room, the rooms could be MUCH better

My room smelled like smoke, it was because they have a grill inside the room and the bed mattress was very thin and the sheets felt rough on my skin. Very disappointed

This was absolutely the worst hotel. Dirty, broken furniture, rude staff, dead bugs in cabinets, extra charges just for clean towels. I walked in the room, looked around and walked right out. Did not stay, got a different hotel.

No use getting room with kitchen. No utensils to cook or eat. Less towels. Bad bed.
