Cant pack a granola bar? Checkin was easy. Hotel said they had Grab n Go breakast with granola bars, etc. We requested bags early due toflight departure times. The night shift said they were not allowed to do that. No breakfast. No price break. Really? How hard is it to put stuff in a bag?
We love staying here.

This was an extended stay hotel with a kitchenette, not a pan, plate, coffee pot etc in room. The carpet was very dirty and had food on it. Cleaning lady in hall when I arrived. There was trash in the hall that was still there after she left. The person that checked me in was very accommodating and nice. I was traveling with a pet and she did not have any pet rooms available. She called her manager and was able to get me a room with my dog.

Amazing service I dont leave review much and if i do it’s because i had a bad experience. But this review is far from negative. Service from the entire staff was 10/10. Especially Pam (sorry if i got your name wrong) i ended up staying 2 more nights than my original overnight stay. After first check in Pam remembered my name and would address me on a first name basis. You just dont get service like that much anymore. If shes not management, get that woman a raise! The necessary amenities were obvious. Steps were taken to insure Covid protection. Breakfast was a choice of hot drinks, oatmeal packets, or a granola bar. Thankfully, most staying were work related and in bed before 11pm. However, between 5am and 6am there was a large number up preparing to go to work.

Pros: size of the room was amazing. Having 3 kids age 4 and under plus a wife who likes to overpack, having a full kitchen and the amount of space included in the room was amazing. Price is also very manageable. For a family on

Great service, ok hotel Check in and service was great. The receptionist went out of her way to make us comfortable and explain things in the area to us. The hotel has very big open rooms, my only complaint is that they are a little tired feeling. The bathrooms and kitchens have wood laminate which is nice but the paint and carpet just feel a little old and have a little musty smell. Over all we slept comfortably and the service made it a great experience
