Responsible for your own sheets and trash I think it should be listed that you are responsible for taking your bedding to the front desk if you want clean bedding. If you want clean towels you must also take these to the front desk to get clean ones as well. They should also let you know that they have a 3rd floor that is all smoking aloud and should ask if you want smoking or mon smoking when reserving a room. NEVER, EVER STAY HERE. DISHONEST STAFF Booked this hotel with Cheap Tickets last Monday afternoon online. Prepaid with extra coupon for best rate. Received email confirmation from Cheap Tickets. Arrived at WoodSpring Suites only to be turned away as staff stated they had no rooms available (over-booked) and were not accepting walk-ins or reservations from any site. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!! They only provide full size beds so if your looking for a big comfy bed this place is totally out! Also they have a little kitchenette in the room but get this they dont provide any pots, pans, silverware or even cups so you must bring your own cookware which is terrible to me for the ones that are coming from out of town and thats the reason they dont serve breakfast because they feel you can cook your own breakfast but dont provide nothing for you to cook with!!!!! Staff was amazing. Room was horrible. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate. The hotel just....sucks though. I mean the entire place smelled like someone was cooking fried fish with some kind of curry. Had a non smoking room that smelled like the previous person in the room smoked 3 pack a day in that room. Bed was tiny. Had one leg off the entire night just so my better half could have a decent nights rest. There were hairs in the bed and towels.....you get what you pay for I guess. Waited at the front desk for 30 minutes the hallways rate of old cigarettes in the room was even worse black marks on towels and dirty smelling sheets
Staff only available in the afternoon Not a bad place to stay for an extended stay but no one was in the lobby or answered the phone at 9am on a Sunday when I needed to check out.
No extras Clean. Efficiency style but $30 extra if you want dishes. Only 2 towels. WI fi extra if not booked thru xpedia. None on duty after 5pm.
My reservation had to be moved to a different hotel due to overbooking.
