I set up my reservation with a non smoking room as I have asthma. I get up to my room the whole floor smells nothin four smoke. My toilet was leaking water from the bases. I went down stairs to talk to the lady at the front desk to be told I can not get a refund but they can switch rooms. Ok cool so I switched to a room on the first floor. I had staff members walk into my room without knocking not once but twice!! Not happy and I won’t be back. The room was not clean at all. Pet hair all over the floor. Smokey, Smokey, Smokey! I requested two non smoking rooms, they only had one non smoking! We had children with us and one had asthma. They said they couldn’t accommodate us but also wouldn’t refund us our money! Shady people outside at 2 in the morning when we arrived after a long drive! We didn’t feel enough to stay!

Front desk couldn't split my bill part credit part cash. Couldn't understand me and caused check in to be very confusing and irritating. Then was a little late leaving in morning and man can hollering saying i should pay for another night.

The box springs were sprung making sleep difficult. The couldn’t repair for 2 days, elevator out of service one day, odd front desk hours. Otherwise ok. Good thing I didn’t need much.

WoodSpring Suites is not a Hotel!!! Found out when I got there that this was not a hotel, it was an extended stay so there was no lobby just a check in window. As soon as you enter the building it reeked of smoke, the room itself was more of a dorm room with vinyl tile floors and the furniture was cheap formica. While the room had a "kitchenette" it had no utensils, towels or anything to allow the use of the cooktop. The freezer had no ice so I went downstairs and could not find an ice machine, the front window was now close... read more

Terrible I would like a refund I got there waited 30 minutes in the front lobby. It smelled dingy and everything was outdated. You could smell the smoke through the hallways. It was just gross. So gross I would not let my woman stay there. So I lost $110 that I would like refunded because the pictures were false advertisement on the quality, along with the gals reviews.

It was like Bates Hotel One of my worst experiences in my life this business needs to be removed..Horrible bedbugs broke down bed horrible
