Due to an emergency was not able to check in or stay at hotel. Hotel charged me anyway. Got the evidence and still need to make the trip but I WILL NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. A very desperate move by the hotel.

Smelled like someone was smoking marijuana in the main floor and the floor and floor we were on but the smell wasn't in the room

When i arrived im thinking room would be already ready key card and everything. No the lady asked to see my carded card after telling her the i paid through Expedia they card my card again. Then to kick it off she gives me a room one of the workers family members was staying in. She forgot to put it in dirty. Or occupied and she didn't even know how to pull up already paid room. Horrible experience

Property was not as described it was poorly ran and kept up. It was not portrayed as a live-in facility and for the price of the room it was very much under par.

The check in too way too long waited for 20mins at the front window then she could verify my payments it took about 45 mins and our room didn’t have a shower curtain so it was water everywhere from the shower the rooms need to be updated the remote control didn’t work so I had to turn the tv by hand

Do not expect anything but a rental apartment with bad service and dirty beds.
