Description of property wasn't clear. The building is more for long term stays...No shampoo and no ice machines. Beds were not good. Mattress on standing spring frame. Rooms were cleanish, but needed a thorough wiping down when we got there. Virtually no one wearing masks as required. Good water pressure though.

Not clean at all. Kitchen had no utensils . Bed uncomfortable

We want guests to be able to choose only the amenities they want to use and we have found that many of our guests prefer to bring their own items, purchase at a local store, or find having kitchenware unnecessary. Many shady people walking around at all hours. The smell of incense filled the hallways and no matter which exit you used someone would ask for money or there would be large gatherings of "residents". Overall did not feel safe or comfortable

This property had people loitering at all entrance Every time I came in or out. It is definitely sketchy here. They must have rated themself in order to get a 2.5 star rating. There was a distinct unpleasant odor throughout the building except the lobby.

I would never, ever stay in a hotel like this. I think that hotel is a stretch to describe this facility. The bathroom was filthy, the smell was horrible, urine. I was terrified that I would bring home bed bugs. Not as advertised. There is no shampoo, no amenities at all. Avoid at all costs, very deceptive.
