Bad Service bad service, I could not enter the hotel to sleep, lost my daily and still had to look for another hotel to sleep I will look for my rights

We never got a room young lady said they didnot have any room . So i cancel the room it never show up on the hotel screen. So i need you to return the money to my debit card.

La habitación no tenía nada de nada ni cortina de baño ni papel de inodoro no tenía nada lo notifiqué y se tardaron 3 hora en prepararme la habitación muy malo

First of all, the hotel told me my reservation was overbooked and that they didn't get around to sending out a notice to me. I tried checking into this hotel after the Brown's game last week only to be told that I didn't have a room. The hotel blamed it on you Expedia. Will not be using Expedia again anytime soon. Absolutely the most exhausting night of my life. Thanks for nothing!

not a good stay I have stayed at this hotel several times and always had a good experience. This time....not good. It began with no cart available to bring in luggage/clothes. I thought it was a guest being inconsiderate but there was never a cart the entire week I was there. Then, the non smoking room I checked in to had been smoked in. Disgusting. They said there was no room available when I went to check in and took my 80 bucks anyways...
