Ghetto but nice place Well it wasn't the night shift attendents fault they left her completely vulnerable no key cards i had to wait for someone to get an attendant after i came back from goin out to get back in my room. I was waitiin in my car for over an hour i was pist

You would think a Hotel would have BEDS!! I am not one to leave negative reviews But this location was described onhotels.com as an “all-suite Hotel” (similar to an extended stay America) My experience was a disaster.I arrived at 9 PM, exhausted, traveling from Illinois to Connecticut by myself. When I arrived, I had to wait an extraordinarily long time for anybody to come to the front desk while having to deal with an incredibly intoxicated patron who demanded that I come to his room. Do not stay at this property! I normally do not rate any location this low, but I feel it is only proper for this review due to the circumstances that surrounded my stay. I spent 2 nights at this property with my son recently, and the stay was terrible outside of the check in process. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. I made a reservation at this hotel a week in advance and paid all of it in advance. When I arrived the hotel they told me that my reservation is canceled and no room is available. They tried to call me only 3 hours prior to my arrival. This is terrible. I had to find another hotel late at night. The following day I had to spend half an hour on the phone to get my money back. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Worst hotel I’ve ever have to deal with I pre payed for a room for 2 days for my daughter. Put her name as a guest who will be staying. They refused to check her in because she didn’t have the card and the id that’s matching with the name on a card with her ( but they already charged that card ) They wore refusing to cancel reservation and to return money.And the front desk employees were super rude and unprofessional

Stay somewhere else, seriously. There isn’t a general manager or supervisor. It was a headache. I was harrassed every morning with someone of the staff opening my door because they don’t keep track of which rooms were occupied or available. So they walk around and open the doors to see if they’re occupied, very intrusive and unprofessional. The whole building stinks. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a hotel the staff was rude and the room was aweful!!! The bed was so small and completely uncomfortable! I actually left my stay early and paid for a different hotel room with a different hotel chain I will never stay at any of these hotels again!
