I was waiting over an hour to be checked in I called the customer service line and kept getting the voicemail finally I decided to call hotels.com and they told me someone would be at the front desk I got back there and no one was at the desk I waited another 20 mins with 3 people behind me waiting. Once I got in the room it wasn’t clean and at all. I left and went to another place that was the worst place ever

No one was at the front desk and it’s a party place. I would not stay here again as I didn’t feel safe.

I had confirmation and the hotel had no room available. The recepcion closed. only communication by phone.

No staff to checkin/out and extremely noisy No one at the desk to check in or out..so Housekeeping did it...never got a receipt upon check out. Extremely noisy...there is no carpeting anywhere in the building, hallways or in the room so you hear everything! A family with a young baby came in next to my room at 1:30 am and the staff and family were so loud in the hallway it was ridiculous...and then the baby cried until 3:30am. The A/C unit didn't work long enough to even muffle some of the noise.

Beware, currently waiting for a refund. They would not let me check in because they didn't believe i prepaid on expedia. Regardless of the fact that my reservation and confirmation showing the hotel and confirmation number showed paid in full. I caved and paid cash for the week (entire amount again) and figured i would get my money back later from the hotel or expedia, still waiting for that refund from either of them 5 days after reporting the issue. Key machine broken! Reeks of smoke smell! Fire alarm pulled at 4am! Maid service only every 14 days unless you pay extra! Only given 2 towels! Have to go to desk for hair dryer, etc but usually no attendant at desk. Signs says call 500 but then you wait on phone forever! Good thing is - it’s close to the airport!
