It was full of roaches and then a bird got in the room, I have never experienced this before,this has been my first and last I hope

This place is terrible. No over night person my key didn’t work and I wasn’t able to get to my room and no one was on site and I had to call and wait for 30 min or more until they send someone from home and that happens with a lot of people. We keep asking for room service they keep saying tomorrow until we left and no one ever came. They don’t have anything to clean the room with and we have to buy stuff to clean. Wasn’t what I expected ☹️ The room was nice but the floor was horribly dirty. After unpacking my feet were black. No one came to my room while I stayed ( I understand that’s normal) wore shoes while in room. Bad smell too. Like old stale smoke. Couldn’t turn A/C on because of the stink.

Cockroaches in our room, Cleaning and towels only once in 2 weeks, had to wash our own towels, never came in to even sweep the floors, not even a broom to do it ourselves, TV did not work well ,matress was on a metal frame, so it kept sliding off that frame, had to put trash into the hallway , did have a nice laundry area. Do not plan to ever go back there.
