It is cheap so that's a plus There was no one at the desk when we tried to check out; highly unprofessional. Decent hotel for the money. I don't know that my back will recover anytime soon from the horrendous "mattress".

Bad experience It took the front desk 40min and was very rude,For us to check in then the housekeeper was still in our room cleaning and we waited by the door for another 20min. We booked a double and got a single instead. The walls were paper thin and the bed was so uncomfortable plus the dint give us any soap or toiletries.

No security or privacy and a small bed! The parking lot was under construction so parking was terrible. The entrance to the hotel was also under construction so there was no security. The bed was incredibly small and the wasn't much privacy as the blinds were nearly broken. For the price, I would choose Red roof Inn or Super 8 in Westlake just a few miles east.

I did not stay. I waited in an empty lobby for 20 mins. with no one at the desk. I finally called the hotel and some one came in to answer the phone. I told them I had been waiting 20 mins. to check in. The desk clerk was very rude in the fact that I even said something. His response is that they were very busy. When he open the door to answer the phone, there were about 4 people on the other side laughing ect. I called Expedia and cancelled the reservation and went to another hotel.

I did not have a very good experience. I was locked out of my room several times. Misinformation was given to my family members before and at the time of check-in.
Do Not Go Here! After driving over 8-1/2 hours and finally reaching our destination, the hotel personnel told us that they no longer have our room available. They told us that they could not call us because Expedia never provided them with my phone number. I never received any notification from Expedia (either by phone or by email) that Value Place cancelled my reservation. Don't even bother Apparently they don't even work with expedia. I made my reservation with expedia and was quoted one price when I got there they said it was 80 more than what I had on my itenary. The room smelled like smoke bed uncomfortable and the toilet back up with in 24 hours. when I tried to use the phone to call about the toilet that was broke too. Lost reservation and not so helpful staff I booked a 6 night stay and when my family arrived we were told that our reservation did not exist. I proceeded to show the clerk my confirmation from Expedia. She apologized and said that she did have a room for us but then tried to charge us about $80 more than what we had reserved the room for 3 months before. Not a value No housekeeping, dishes and silver ware are an additional cost, Internet was an additional cost. Beds we very uncomftable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good night rest.
