Horrible! We got here at 9:45pm to check in. We sat around until after 10pm before anyone showed up! They had a phone sitting there to call, of which we were trying and no one was around. Finally, someone came in and gave us a room that was dirty and had no sheets on the beds! So we had to go back to the front desk, luckily the person was still there and issued us another room. There was a weird smell, debris on the floors, and the beds were hard. I would rather sleep in my car...Never staying here again!
Beds as hard as wood floors Beds were terrible , rooms were clean. Would only stay here if necessary. Should be less then 40 a night since everything is extra. Not impressed.
Worst experience It was terrible. We have stayed at Value Place before and many other hotels. Never have we had such a horrendous experience. Big bites and wake up calls at 9 am (pounding on the door and finding it appropriate to decide to barge in).

Avoid this place! This was horrible. There was no one to check us in. We waited over an hour to get any help. The woman who finally checked us in was completely impaired. She attempted to make a drug deal with us. She went on to say that the hotel had a meth lab on the 4th floor. Once we got to the room she gave us, there was already someone there. Avoid this place at all costs!

Dissappointing. The minute I got off the plane, I received a cell phone call advising me the original hotel I was supposed to stay at did not have room for me because another guest decided to stay an extra night. I was shuffled over to another hotel who had no idea I was coming. Instead of calling Expedia themselves to make sure I wasn't charged extra they made me call Expedia. I was never explained by the staff how their hotel works and much to my suprise I had to do my own cleaning of my room and had to go downstairs ever... read more

It is cheap so that's a plus There was no one at the desk when we tried to check out; highly unprofessional. Decent hotel for the money. I don't know that my back will recover anytime soon from the horrendous "mattress".

Bad experience It took the front desk 40min and was very rude,For us to check in then the housekeeper was still in our room cleaning and we waited by the door for another 20min. We booked a double and got a single instead. The walls were paper thin and the bed was so uncomfortable plus the dint give us any soap or toiletries.

No security or privacy and a small bed! The parking lot was under construction so parking was terrible. The entrance to the hotel was also under construction so there was no security. The bed was incredibly small and the wasn't much privacy as the blinds were nearly broken. For the price, I would choose Red roof Inn or Super 8 in Westlake just a few miles east.

I did not stay. I waited in an empty lobby for 20 mins. with no one at the desk. I finally called the hotel and some one came in to answer the phone. I told them I had been waiting 20 mins. to check in. The desk clerk was very rude in the fact that I even said something. His response is that they were very busy. When he open the door to answer the phone, there were about 4 people on the other side laughing ect. I called Expedia and cancelled the reservation and went to another hotel.
