I asked for non smoking for medical reason. There are NOT any non smoking rooms. This is more rent by the week apartments.

A crazy guy living next door (rm# 224) yells every night while staying at this motel. I've heard every noises, even his snoring, he made through the paper thin walls. This has been going on for quite some time and no hotel management or Security or law enforcement of any sort has come to provide some relief. This indicates that the hotel cares nothing about the people staying here. I would not recommend any one stay here unless it's in a dire situation like we are in and we have no choice.

Wasn't what I expected. Only 2 very very thin towels per room, unacceptable. No More .nothing supplied in room. A box of tissues would be nice! Not told full extent of facility upon check in. Or when making reservations. Every cheap hotel has a coffee maker!! $30, for one ,laughable! Won't stay at any of this chain ever!

The first day I arrived my toilet didn’t work and it took almost three days to fix it. My shower head sprayed water all over the floor when I went to take a shower and it took three days for that to be fixed as well. I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing the staff for bringing up the matter. I felt as though I was being manipulated and the responsibility was being put back in my hands as though I caused this matter and the hotel staff didn’t want to take responsibility or handle the matter in a timely matter. Requested early check-in the day prior to arrival...not communicated to staff so the room was not ready. House keeping respponded to my inquiry not an office staff member. Upon arrival, late in the evening, a foul odor existed in the hall emitted from cooking in one of the rooms across the hall. Upon entering the room the floor was very sticky to the point that when taking a step the sole of the shoe adhered to the floor. Requested residence help but no one was on the premises. Room was in poor condition. Every outlet had a deodorizer plugin to cover some underlying smell. Room was truly unpleasant.

STAY AWAY You get what you pay for!!! Roaches, breaker fuse box burnt out and the manager acted like she didn't want to move ne to another room. Housekeeper didn't clean my room properly and I went a month without clean linen because the housekeeper lied and said I refused service. All the staff was very RUDE expect for a young lady who I think doesn't work there anymore. Overall, if you're desperate and won't to save money then this is the hotel for you. Plus dogs be barking throughout the night so no sleep

Upon checking in, the front desk clerk was havinf problems with printing a reciept. When we got in the suite we found that though online it showe siute, there were no pots n pans no dishes, silverware or glassware. Every Inn and Suites we've stayed in was stocked with evrything needed and since it had a full size refrigurator, mini stove and microwave. we expected for it to have pots to cook in and dishes to eat on and utisils to eat with, and glasses to drink out of so all we needed to do was go to the grocery store to buy ... read more
