Upon checking in, the front desk clerk was havinf problems with printing a reciept. When we got in the suite we found that though online it showe siute, there were no pots n pans no dishes, silverware or glassware. Every Inn and Suites we've stayed in was stocked with evrything needed and since it had a full size refrigurator, mini stove and microwave. we expected for it to have pots to cook in and dishes to eat on and utisils to eat with, and glasses to drink out of so all we needed to do was go to the grocery store to buy ... read more

Both at checking in and checking out, there was no one at the desk. My husband had to go around looking for someone. The hotel hallways smelled of smoke, being covered up by plug ins. Luckily our room did not smell. Our room did NOT have curtains (just thin cheap metal blinds), nor a shower curtain! Seriously, no shower curtain. No lamp on the nightstand in the middle of the beds. Dirty hotel This was a very dirty hotel. When I arrived it was later in the evening and it was almost impossible to get checked in.

Unprofessional Staff I have never stayed at a hotel with such uninformed argumentative staff members this includes the so-called area manager and I travel for work all the time all over this country

Dirty towels, filthy carpet, dirty tub. Requesting a refund. Could not sleep knowing that towels were not chasnged. Had to check out after 1 night. Had planned to stay longer.

Worst Experience Living in an Extended Stay Hotel! Never once did they clean our room and we stayed a total of five weeks. We were supposed to exchange our bed linen and towels for clean ones, but this was just for sheets and pillow cases. We were supposed to wash the blankets, so we said, the heck with it and washed everything including the towels. Terrible. Walls and ceiling paper thin. Like a cheap apartment building. Could hear pounding and walking. Bed was like something out of a dorm room No wash cloths. No coffee or machine anywhere on the premise. We wasted our money because we didn't even stay longer than an hour.
