There is no second bed. Wrong description Terrible. The staff were rude. The sofa bed was junk. Not worth for the price. The blankets and sheets were dirty.

Where were the basics? The woman who checked us in was the best thing about this hotel. She was so nice and helpful even at 11pm. The room though had all the basic things I have come to expect in a hotel missing. There were no little bottles of shampoo and conditioner only one little bar of hand soap. There was no do not disturb sign for the door. Only one light worked and there was no lamp. There was no extra blanket. There were no curtains on the window. Zero Service, My credit Card charged Twice! My credit card was charged twice, one of the night I stayed and one for the next night. I have not been able to get Expedia or Woodsprings to refund me the second night. A terrible Experience.

Very disappointed Location was great. The hotel was awful. As soon as we entered the room, our shoes stuck to the floor. We asked housekeeping to come in and mop, they never showed up. We made reservations for 4 and had to ask for more towels because there were only 2 in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and so were the beds. The beds were very hard and only had 1 pillow. Would not recommend.

The Suite is not cleaned properly. The floor was too sticky and rest room is not cleaned properly. Late checkouts are very bad. Need to wait on call for more that 30 mins to get answered. No one will be available at front desk for help. Always we need to call to 500 for help. Shampoos, condition and moisture cream are not kept in room. Cleaning and changing of Towels are not on regular basis. Totally the stay was bad here. There's no one there all night. The front desk is largely unoccupied even when it's open. We didn't have towels when we checked in and didn't realize it until later in the evening and couldn't get them until the morning.

TRASH Terrible experience. I was checked out after 3 days after I PREPAID for 7. Trashy place and horrible customer service

Did not receive the smoking room which we reserved. Loud occupants thru out the night that the hotel staff did not quell.

Very noisy all night. Couldn't sleep. Will never go there again.
