Horrible experience It was a horrible experience,the room was dirty, and they did not come to clean the room or change the sheets. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Prevailed with Expedia requesting non smoking room Requested non smoking room through Expedia at 8 am in the morning and paid on line. Showed up at 11 that evening and hotel said they didn't have any non smoking rooms and that Expedia doesn't have right to guarantee them to customers.

Wouldn't recommend The entrance to the hotel was not in front and was not obvious to where it was located. The lil lobby that there was smelled awful, aswell as the halls. I had to cover my nose. Yes that bad. It was nosy. The room was not messy it just wasn't cleaned properly. Like maybe they just did a partial clean. The shower had hair in it. Double yuck. Just not a place I would go to again. Its true you get what you pay for.

The hotel was what you might expect for a 2 star hotel. Not at all very cozy or comfortable. They definitely penny pinch to keep the costs down. The stairways and elevators smelled terribly of smoke. But I didn't expect much because of the low price for the room.

Room given away due to late arrival Arrived at 1:30am and they did not have my double bed room reserved for me. I was told because I didn't arrive by 9:00pm my room was given away. I had to stay in a one double bedroom and still charged for the double bedroom

had great rates upon arrival, but kept going up the longer one stayed hidden fees, rates and charges applied to your credit card without your knowledge. management reserves the right to enter your room without notice, while you are not present. and while that is noted in the paperwork, one would not think it would be a daily occurrence. we were asked to leave after being current paying, quiet guests after three months due to an empty ashtray on our counter, as there is smoking outside only. which we followed. notably it was ... read more

A very stark room a good rate, but you do your own work - make the bed, empty the trash, clean your own sheets and towels...very stark quarters...kitchenette in the room, but no dishes, glasses, cups, flatware, etc...manager on site was never at the desk, so getting info was a challenge...one hundred dollar security deposit which is returned to your credit card a week after you depart...location is great to access Mentor OH, and price sounds reasonable, but too many other normal motel/hotel things that aren't told in their p... read more

NEVER AGAIN Room appeared to be nice on entry. The bed consisted of a 4" mattress and a 3/4 " board underneath. I have never seen this before in any hotel I have stayed in. will never stay in a Value Place hotel again. Not worth the money I paid.
