This was the worst hotel. I booked 4 nights for our employees who travel. The smell of tobacco was so overwhelming in every aspect of the hotel that after one night our employees had to check out. Woodspring Suites refused to credit the remaining 3 nights. I would have thought that Expedia would protect their customers better!!

this is not an overnight "hotel". checkin staff not available. When she did get there, she took care of a phone call before me and then complained about the caller until I told her I just wanted to get to my room.

DONT GET THERE LATE OR THE OFFICE IS CLOSED We never got in the office was closed when we pulled in. We had to get a room at the Hampton Inn across the street who is open for new walk ins 24/7. They were amazing and I will use them every time I visit the area, which is often since it is where my kids live. THIS PLACE SUCKED.

I left after one night. The pot smell was horrible. I think I got high just walking down the hall. There is nothing there. You need to bring you own everything toilet paper, Kleenex, shampoo, hair dryer. I wish that would have been told to me on the website before I booked. The hotel staff was rude. I will think twice before using hotels.com again and I will never recommend it to anyone. False advertising in my opinion.

Horrible, stinky room. Phone wasn't working, towels were wet before I could use it.

A bit cheaper than some but nothing to recommendd Bathroom door locked itself and we had to be moved to another room. Free Internet did not work - called technician who did get it working but that took around 15 mins to sort out. Temporary receptionist who checked us in didn't know how to do things. The permanent receptionist appeared agitated and very stressed. Perhaps the management is not good here? The room was very basic - no facilities or amenities in room, other than TV. 2 star at best - we will not use this hotel gro... read more

ok Check took forever. price was great. room was dirty. zero room service. multiple families living there. place is cheaply built. I could here the persons tv through my wall. good for the money but couldn't wait to leave. overall, ok for the money

No real mattresses The bed is one of the cheapest mattresses, large but the springs will be felt each independently when you move arround the bed, not all people use the stove but all people will stop to sleep and get some rest not a spring in the neck or the back. Just close is better
