Never staying at this hotel or brand again! Evening arrival is greeted by closed service desk requiring a call to an off-site telephone service; then someone eventually arrives to process reservation. Smoking rooms only upon arrival (not indicated in online reservation). poor quality mattress, economy towels, no toiletries except one small piece of soap, room smelled awful.......

Not what I expected No frills just a place to sleep Now u want to dictate my comments!!

Worst place I’ve ever stayed Worst staff, disgusting room, smoking floor that I didn’t even know existed anymore and was put on the floor even though we didn’t ask for a smoking room. Wouldn’t change our room and my asthma was being affected. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this hotel. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again. The best part was leaving.

rude front desk clerk desk clerk was curt and unhelpful. very rude to the guest in line before me.

Worst EVER!!! Upon checking in, the desk person over charged me $35, that was for just 5 hours, for my transportation arrived early, 3:30am!!! When I spoke to the manager it was MUCH worse. I am disabled and can NOT carry bags , I need crutches full time. The manager actually threatened me and he tried to increase the amount by $150 for three days, it sickened me. Worse place ever!!!! Terrible time

Keep looking this isn't the place. dirty towels and pillow, no coffee in lobby, no coffee pots in rooms, no ice, no utensils, no shampoo...one device only on wi-fi. very disappointed.
