Will not be returning My hotel room had a horrible burning smell. At 12 am the guy in the room above me was screaming and pounding something against the floor also he was moving something allover the laminate floors. At 2 am I had enough and left the hotel and stayed with a relative. I had somewhere to be early in the morning. The elevator smelled like weed. This place looked like a hotel for transients. Got taken Never stayed this facility was more of a hotel for transities. No front desk, only a metal frame bed with a mattress on top. Not what I expected, paid 300 for a week didn’t stay at never heard from manager to talk about facility plus possiable refund.

It took me over 30 minutes to get someone to come into the lobby to check me in. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the room was over 80 degrees when I entered.

Truing to rip me off for 75 bucks after the stay. not happy. After i left, they hit my card for 75 dollars. When i called in, the guy said it was because the room was a mess. The room only had e towels that they gave me to use, and some household garbage... nothing abnormal. I greet the feeling they probably charge thus to everybody and then just see who fonts it and who lets them keep it.
NOT a hotel for families this is not a hotel, nor is it a suite intended for family stays during travel. It is a longer term temporary housing complex and the guests were not average travelers.
Staff was rude and lacked professionalism.
Skimpy on the basics It's clean and relatively inexpensive, but otherwise it's terrible. There is no lobby, so figuring out what door to go in was the first sign something was amiss. There was no one at the desk even though it was between their regular hours, so we had to call and wait for her. In the room, there were four flat pillows on two beds; getting another pillow was a hassle. The same with towels: there were only a couple skimpy towels. Shower curtains overpowered the smell of the room - plastic smell literally made me sick. Excess dust on the floor.
