When we arrived the check in desk was closed which wasn't a serious issue once we figured out which phone to use, but our check in experience included stories about fights that have needed to be broken up at the hotel among other horror stories. We left after checking in to go out for the evening, and when we arrived back at around 2:00 AM we were unable to sleep for most of the night due to blasting music and what sounded like moving furniture until after 4:00 AM. Get what you pay for Went to check in on Wednesday evening and nobody was there at the front desk had to wait half an hour before being able to check in. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. There were no toiletries in the shower or bathroom.

Horrible Anniversary The clerk nervously hummed during our check in vs. speaking. The neighboring room played thumping music most of the night. Even though turned the heat off , the fan kicked on every 5-7 mins throughout the night. Needed ice, ask for location of ice machine, there wasn’t one, we were told that’s what the ice trays are for. So basically if you want ice, wait the 2-3 hours after you fill the tray and freeze it. No coffee either. I could of stayed home for our Anniversary instead.

Don’t stay here Despite my reservation they didn’t have a room for me. They found a smoking room but I don’t smoke and hate the smell. The entire building stinks of smoke. The people who stayed in rooms near ours were loud late into the night and I didn’t feel safe there. A few times there were loud bangs and yelling.

If your a smoker you will love this place. Cigarette smoke everywhere, elevator, hallways, stairways even when you walk outside. It even permeated through the walls and floors. We had to put a towel under the door to kept the stench down and out of our room. The kitchen was not complete like it was early last year. Not even a coffee maker. Watch if you call you could be charged $10 if you ask for any pans or a coffee maker, so you can boil some hot water. We stayed on the second floor and you could hear stomping upstairs all night and morning. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and stains on the blankets. You could feel the springs going into your back. After checking in and bringing our belongings to our room we accidently dropped our pillow by the elevator ... Once we got settled in and realized we went back out to find it, it was no where to be found. Thinking who would steal someone's pillow we assumed someone brought it to the front desk. The hotel was clean and in a good location but the beds were awful! Additionally, the smoke alarm went off around midnight - someone burned popcorn but we stood outside for 20 minutes before we were informed.
