Just don't stay unless no other option We requested a non smoking room, they said we only have smoking left. After 20 min of argument, we got it handled. Customer service is none existent. Not a great place to stay. I would not recommend it to anyone with a family.

:( We were locked out of our room and had to wait for someone to come Re key the keys. 15/20 min. When checking out we were told just to leave keys on counter because front desk was closed. We checked out at 8:45. What if someone got the keys and damaged the room.

Not a hotel more like apartment. This was more like an apartment. No customer service. Asked for extra blanket and pillows.... None available. Were told room does not get cleaned unless you are there a week or more. No complimentary items Kleenex, shampoo, soap in room. No one at front desk after 11pm. Tried charging me double the premium for our pet after I called and confirmed two days prior what cost would be and I showed them there policy on the internet.

Wouldn't recommend a stay here.... As I said in my other post after checking in, the staff was terrible and I wish I would have listened to reviews before I booked. The person at the counter took forever to come down and check us in. She then acted as if it was an inconvenience to even be there checking us in. She proceeded to tel us about her ex breaking up with her and dropping the F bomb MANY times. Will never stay at a WoodSprings again. Not a good experience I was not impressed with our stay. The receptionist took 10 min to come to the desk to check us in after we had called the service phone to say we were there. Hard bed and only 2 pillows. Stayed 2 nights and made us check out and check back in at check in time in time the following day. Cleaning staff opened up the door (twice) before check out time to clean. I would not recommend staying here

I would avoid in the future The room and the hallways reek of smoke. It's disgusting. If you're a smoker and you don't mind it, then it's not a bad stay; otherwise, I would avoid this place like the plague. The room itself is fine, but you can't get away from the smoke. Plus, the sheets didn't look clean. I would not stay here again.

Bad place to stay the services really bad from the beginning to the end.. we find bedbugs..
