Exellent deal for $$ We stayed at Value Place in Colorado Spring & it was the cleanest hotel I think I have ever stayed in. The Manager & staff where friendly and helpful. It only opened in Oct. of 2007 and we have been back 3 times. We feel like we are home their.
Went to check in and there was nobody at the desk. I didn’t get on the phone and call someone took 30 minutes to arrive when they finally gave me a room. I open the door and there’s a guy dog in here sleeping in the door and so I went back to the lobby and they gave me more across the hallway on the first one they gave me. And then I sign in the bed on the second on both beds are all messed up like an image of people sleeping this year and dirty dirty is all out. I had to clean room bed. took 88 dollars from me, claimed i didn’t show up but was in the lobby trying to check in, got told my reservation got cancelled due to being overbooked.

Check in was slow and inaccurate. Hotel is dirty.
We booked a two queen bed room, when we arrived after an 8 hour drive we were told that they no longer have a two bed room available. Unfortunately, we weren't able to find another hotel and had to stay here and some how make it work. Horrible experience. Will most definitely never stay here agian.
The hotel sheets were extremely dirty. It looked as if someone had walked across the top sheets with their shoes. The pillows were yellow and had reddish orange stains on them. The towels were also very dirty. They had black marks and grime in the towels. It smelled as if someone had smoked in the room, even though it was a non smoking room. Rude manager. Hostile and unprofessional. Talked to my wife and like we were trash about our ADA service dog.
